Please join Ojai author/naturalist Lanny Kaufer of HerbWalks.com for a nature hike at the Gardens December 12th at 9:45 am. We will explore trails through the wild parts of the property, identify and discuss native plants, observe birds and animal tracks in the context of local ecology. Lanny’s personal mission is to open a space for connection with the natural world. He is the author of Medicinal Herbs of California:A Field Guide to Common Healing Plants. Lanny will be joined by special guest David Lee, a certified California Naturalist and ecological consultant with a Master's degree in Biological Sciences.
