Taft Gardens & Nature Preserve is a truly unique venue in the Ojai Valley, offering an inspiring canvas for every size and style of wedding, from intimate vows under an oak tree to grand nuptials in our Amphitheater. With competitive rates we offer multiple locations on the property to seamlessly transition from vows to reception. Our wedding packages include a Taft Events Manager who understands our property and its possibilities intimately through years of experience making magical events come alive in and around our gardens. The Pavilion House
The Pavilion House remains one of the area's most unique and expansive getaways, surrounded by acres of lush South African and Australian foliage. With soaring roofs, a wide terraced patio perfect for late morning brunch, generous roof-to-floor windows, expansive kitchen, and serene courtyard, the Pavilion House was built for providing abundant healing space and respite. The Pavilion House includes two spacious suites, beautiful international decor, fine linens, and original works of art. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two day beds with trundles in the living room sleeps up to 8 people. Each bedroom has a king size bed. Designed to appreciate Ojai's natural beauty, each guest room features large picture windows and glass patio doors. One guest room includes a wet bar area while the other a private bathroom equipped with tub. Both open up to an additional patio space. May be used for a personal getaways, events, meetings, retreats, or classes.
The rivercliff cottage
The Rivercliff Cottage is richly surrounded by verdant California woods and overlooks the Santa Ana River. Romantic vistas of the countryside accompanied by two levels of charming patio seating areas, invite visceral moments of wonderment and an overwhelming sense of peace. Perfect for a contemplative solo or romantic couples retreat. All accommodations at the River Cliff Cottage are uniquely furnished with original paintings and custom decor. Included are a beautiful guest room with a king-size bed, with adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower, a cozy living room with a twin day bed wood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and two large flat screen TVs, one with satellite connection. Designed to appreciate Ojai's natural beauty, nearly every room features large picture windows and glass patio doors. The cottage sleeps up to 3 people.
